About Permanent
Makeup
Permanent makeup (PMU) is a cosmetic tattoo that enhances brows, eyes, or lips using natural pigments. The results typically last 1–5 years, depending on skin type, pigment, lifestyle, and aftercare.
General information about
PMU
Permanent makeup, also known as micropigmentation, is a cosmetic tattooing technique that involves applying permanent pigments to the skin to create the appearance of makeup. The most common areas for permanent makeup include eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips.
The process involves using a small needle to inject pigments into the dermal layer of the skin, which typically lasts from one to five years depending on factors such as skin type, the color of the pigment, and exposure to sunlight. Touch-up appointments may be necessary to maintain the desired color and shape.
Permanent makeup is often used by people who have sparse or thin eyebrows, those who have difficulty applying makeup due to a medical condition or disability, or those who simply want to save time in their daily beauty routine. It is important to choose a trained and experienced professional for the procedure, as the results are long-lasting and cannot be easily reversed.
* Since we work on living tissue, no guarantees can be given - therefore this is an "at your own risk" treatment, and complaints are NOT possible. Therefore, remember to inform your practitioner if you are taking medication or if you have certain allergies. This also applies if you have had cosmetic treatments such as botox or fillers within the last month.
